About the Event

In this interactive cooking class, Kiki will guide the class in making two seasonal dishes.

The first is the Pear Blue Cheese Crostini with Honey and Walnuts. An easy and elegant pear appetizer recipe. Perfect for your next wine tasting party or dinner party.

The second is Pan-Fried Cod with Orange and Swiss Chard. This tasty dish is fulled with great nutrients from the Cod high in protein and low in fat and high in vitamins and minerals that are essential to bodily functioning. Swiss chard is an excellent source of potassium, calcium and magnesium, minerals that help maintain healthy blood pressure.
