About the Event

In this interactive cooking class, Kiki will guide you with making a delicious vegan meal.

The dish is called Mssor Dal Tadka (Red Lentil Dahl) with cauliflower rice, basmati rice or potatoes. A creamy Red Lentil Dahl which is a comforting, hearty, flavorful and delicious. The recipe is vegan, gluten-free, healthy and easy to make. This Massor dal curry is done in 30 minutes and therefore perfect as a weekend dinner and meal prep.
