Virtual Cooking Education

Learn nutritious recipes and healthy kitchen techniques from the comfort of your own home. Nutritionist Kiki guides small groups of participants start-to-finish through cooking process. There's no homework or tests, just delisious home cooked meals.

Classes are appropriate for all ages and skill levels. Complete beginners can learn foundational skills as they cook their first meal with Kiki's help. Experienced home chefs can expend their skills and comfort zone with regional dishes and new techniques.

Join me and other participants in a 1-2 hour Zoom session. Ask questions and get help along the way, as you follow along with nutritionist Kiki.

We’ve taken the hard work out of cooking, with a simple step-by-step plan to get your kitchen ready days and hours before class.

After registering, you’ll received an organized list of ingredients to buy, kitchen tools to setup, and checklist of steps to prepare any ingredients before class starts. We’ve done the homework for you, just follow the plan.
