Having healthy snacks is important to have, especially since we are home and stress levels are rising.
Do you find yourself more in the kitchen or even the pantry?
Are you eating your kids snacks or their food they haven’t finished?
Healthy snacks can not only help with stress/bored eating but can stabilize your insulin and keep you satiated to help with overeating.
Here are two examples I found at #traderjoes this week. One is dehydrated rainbow carrots and the other is oven baked cheese bites. The carrots have fiber and vitamins while the cheese bites have protein. These snacks are low glycemic and filling!😋
Kids shouldn’t be the only ones snacking 😉
