Almond Pancakes

I've been in a pancake mood so here is another recipe I made. Healthy and delicious!


2 cups almond flour

1/2 tsp sea salt

1/2 tsp basking soda

2 tsp ground cinnamon

2 medium ripe bananas (mashed)

3 eggs


  1. In a small bowl, combine almond flour, sea salt, baking soda and cinnamon.

  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together mashed bananas and eggs until thoroughly combined.

  3. Add dry ingredients to wet and mix well.

  4. Ladle 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake onto hot skillet. Cook for about 4 minutes and then flip, cooking for an additional 4-5 minutes until no longer wet in the center.

  5. Serve immediately!

optional - top with nut butter
