This smoothie is the perfect filling smoothie to kickstart your day. It’s thick, slightly sweet and has a little zing from the fresh ginger!

1/2 cup full fat, additive free coconut milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp collagen
1 tbsp bone broth powder or protein powder (preferably unflavored or vanilla)
Pinch of sea salt
Handful of spinach
1 tsp fresh ginger
1 frozen peach
1/4 cup avocado (fresh or frozen)
2 cubes ice
Add ingredients to blender in the order listed and blend until smooth.
Serve immediately as is or with desired toppings (e.g. sliced peaches, toasted coconut flakes)
