Creamy Peach Green Smoothie

This smoothie is the perfect filling smoothie to kickstart your day. It’s thick, slightly sweet and has a little zing from the fresh ginger!

Ingredients

1/2 cup full fat, additive free coconut milk

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/4 tsp cinnamon

1 tbsp collagen

1 tbsp bone broth powder or protein powder (preferably unflavored or vanilla)

Pinch of sea salt

Handful of spinach

1 tsp fresh ginger

1 frozen peach

1/4 cup avocado (fresh or frozen)

2 cubes ice


Directions

  1. Add ingredients to blender in the order listed and blend until smooth.

  2. Serve immediately as is or with desired toppings (e.g. sliced peaches, toasted coconut flakes)
