Fresh Spicy Salsa

Fresh Blender Salsa made with tomatoes, cilantro, veggies and lime juice made super fast in a blender! Amazing fresh flavor everyone loves.

5-10 fresh tomatoes (depending on size)

1 green onion

¼ bunch of cilantro, leaves only (or more, just to taste)

3 yellow peppers blackened

3 large jalapeños blackened

3 large fresh garlic cloves

1/2 lime, juice

1 can El Pato, add to taste and desired heat

  1. Chop tomatoes and dice green onion and toss into blender.

  2. Place yellow peppers and jalapeños in a grill sliced in halves. The goal here is to not fully cook the peppers and jalapeños, just blacken the outsides. If you don't have a grill, you can put them on the skillet with olive or coconut oil. Remove from heat when outside of skin is mostly black.

  3. Place peppers, jalapeños and garlic cloves into blender. Add 1/2 of a lime juice and start with 1/2 of the El Pato can.

  4. Blend until desired salsa consistency. Continue to add more of the El Pato can until reached desired spiciness.

  5. Serve immediately or place in glass container and store in refrigerator.
