No Bake Energy Bites

Looking for a healthy snack you can easily make at home and are “grab and go” friendly? Check out these yummy, nutritious bite size balls that are low in carbs and are guilt free.

Ingredients

1 cup of hemp hearts

1/2 cup dark chocolate chips

1/2 cup ground flaxseed meal

1/2 cup almond butter

1/4 cup honey

1 tsp vanilla extract

Combine all ingredients together in a bow; form into balls using hands. Arrange bites in a tupperware or baking sheet, freeze until set, about 1 hour (I keep them in the freezer until I want to eat them. more yummy that way during hot weather). Enjoy!
