Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 eachcut into bite-size cubes

  • 2 eachtrimmed and minced

  • 3 tablespoons

  • 1 teaspoon

  • 1 tablespoon

  • 1 teaspoontoasted

  • 2 cups

  • 1 cupshredded

  • 1 cupsliced

  • 1 cuphalved

  • 1/2 cupthinly sliced

  • 1 eachsliced

  • 1 sheet

Preparation

  1. Cut 1 1/4 salmon into bite-sized cubes

  2. Trim and mince 2 scallions

  3. Toast 1 teaspoon of sesame seeds.

  4. Shred 1 cup of red cabbage

  5. Slice 1 cup of cucumbers

  6. Cut 1 cup of cherry tomatoes in halfs

  7. Thinly slice 1/2 cup of radishes

  8. Slice 1 large yellow or oange bell pepper

Directions

    In a medium bowl, whisk together the scallions, coconut aminos, sesame oil, sambal and sesame seeds. Add salmon and toss to coat.

    Arrange an equal amount of each vegetable into four individual bowls and top with 5 oz of salmon per bowl. Cut the seaweed sheet into small ribbons or 4 equal-sized pieces and serve on the side.
