  • preheat to 350 degrees


  • 12 ozcooked and shredded

  • 1 1/2 cupsshredded

  • 3/4 cup

  • 4 tablespoonsSoftened

  • 1 cup

  • 1/2 cupchopped

  • 1 lbhalved lengthwise, stems and seeds removed

  • 2 1/2 cups


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees

  2. Cook 12 oz of chicken breast, then shred

  3. shred 1 1/2 cup of white sharp cheddar cheese

  4. Soften 4 tablespoons of cream cheese

  5. Cut 1 lb of mini bell-peppers in half lengthwise. Remove stems and seeds.

  6. Cut 2 1/2 cups of celery into sticks

    Combine all ingredients into a bowl except the cilantro, peppers and celery

    Lightly grease a medium size casserole dish. Transfer the mixture to casserole dish.

    Bake for 20 minutes until heated through. Serve hot with halved mini bell-peppers and celery sticks.
