Mango Madness

If you’re a mango lover, you’ll love this smoothie. Not only does it have great flavor, but it has all the things to make it a complete shake to have any time of the day!

Ingredients 

1 cup of almond milk

1-2 scoops vanilla or non-flavored collagen (use serving size on label)

1 tbsp MCT oil

1-2 tbsp chia seeds (depending on consistency)

handful spinach

1/4-1/2 mango (depending on size)

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender. 

  2. Blend well to desired consistency. Serve immediately and enjoy!
