We’re Halfway Through the Year—Let’s Check In


Can you believe it’s June already?


That means we’re officially halfway through 2025. Whether your goals were about weight loss, better energy, improved labs, or simply being more consistent with healthy habits—now is the perfect time to pause, reflect, and reset.


Revisit Your January Goals

Remember those intentions you set in January? Grab your journal or phone notes and ask:

  • What were my top 1–2 health goals this year?

  • Have I made consistent progress?

  • What’s worked? What hasn’t?

  • Do these goals still feel aligned with what I want and need?


Pro tip: Goals aren’t set in stone—your body and life change. It’s OK to adjust based on what you’ve learned so far.


Reset, Don’t Restart


Maybe you’ve been consistent. Maybe life got messy. Either way, you don’t need to start over—you just need a reset.


Ask yourself:

  • What’s one small thing I can recommit to this week?

  • Am I being realistic with my time, stress, and capacity?

  • Am I being kind to myself while staying accountable?


Sometimes, your next breakthrough isn’t in doing more—it’s in doing what already works, more consistently.


3 Things You Can Do Right Now to Get Back on Track

  1. Pick 1 nutrition habit to anchor your week. Example: “I will drink 16 oz water before my morning coffee.”

  2. Block time for meal planning or food prep. Even 20–30 minutes on Sunday makes the week smoother.
