Cooking with Kiki - Meal Prep for Success

Meal prepping has many great benefits. It saves you money, stress less during the week about what to eat, saves time, and supports your health overall!

Do you struggle with coming up with a menu for your work week? Do you find meal-prepping overwhelming or a lot of work? Maybe you love to cook and find success in meal prepping.

Wherever you may be, this cooking class helps you have an efficient meal prep experience.

With your purchase, you'll receive:

  1. Grocery shopping list (all the items you'll need for the class)

  2. Recipes (step-by-step instructions on what we will be making to follow along)

  3. Recording (class will be recorded and shared so you can review at a later date)

If you are unable to attend the class live, you can still purchase the class and receive everything, including the recording so you can meal prep at a later time that is convenient for you.

Recipes are designed for 1-2 people. Double up if making for a family of 4+

On the menu:

  1. Breakfast: Spinach, Mushroom and Cheese Egg Bites

  2. Lunch/Dinners: Chicken Veggie Stew, Egg Roll in a Bowl (Turkey), and Cast Iron Meatballs with Noodles (zucchini or whole wheat)

  3. Snacks: Savory Snack Boxs (box #1: baby dill pickles, almonds, and white block cheddar cheese, box #2: deli meat, cherry tomatoes, and mozzarella balls)

All recipes have gluten and vegan options. I am looking forward to cooking together!

Note: The recording will be sent out 72 hours after completing the class.
